About your Counselor.. |
|
With over thirty years of experience in providing advice, counseling and guidance to those people who have been brought into his life, Mark has developed quite a resource of expertise in helping you with your issues and concerns. You will receive totally honest, insightful wisdom and guidance in resolving your problem.

For over the past several years Mark has devoted his time and energies into counseling others in the traditional methods of office visits. With the advent of the Internet he is convinced that the opportunities for such assistance is far more accessible through this medium of exchange. He is well qualified to deliver effective results in the most efficient method for your convenience.
Prior to that Mark experienced success in the corporate world by owning and operating his own business, receiving recognition for his accomplishments both in marketing and operations. He went head to head with a new restaurant whose owner had his mother and uncle owning two-thirds interest in the mall where both restaurants were located. Mark wondered why a Memphis TV station covered the opening of the competitor. He was even more surprised by the uncharacteristically rude reactions of the owner's mother when Mark was having a phenomenal year of success in growth and profit. The competitor soon eventually closed his doors to his new venture there and opened up in a new location...New York City. The rest is history and you all know the name of that ousted competitor's restaurant which now is a world-wide chain...The Hard Rock Cafe.
His military service included being a Ranger Instructor at the Mountain Ranger Camp, where he was qualified as a Ranger, Airborne, Jumpmaster, and Pathfinder. Responsible for taking Class 6-80 through the entire Ranger School, he graduated over 100% of the number who started in February of that year. He was recognized as the first father ever to receive the Parent of the Year Award by a seven county area in West TN, and enjoys being a dad to his three sons, one a magna cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt, one an underclassman at Harvard, and the least one in elementary school who is his "Calvin" while Mark is his "Hobbes".

With all the accolades and recognition that he's experienced in academics, his military career, and the corporate world, Mark is totally aware and convinced that what matters most are the relationships you have while on this earth and the sense of peace, joy and love you can experience in your daily life. Many diversions that are currently promoted as necessary and desirable in our society are only leading to emptiness and despair. Unfulfilled promises that never could give anyone a sense of personal significance have long been hyped as possible if you just had "this" or achieved "that". The truth is that many who have climbed those mountains, at great personal expense, have found that getting to the top was a vast wasteland. Take control now of your life and turn that emptiness around...for your sake and others. |
